A data acquisition card (DAQ) is the core hardware that connects the physical world with the digital world. Its main function is to convert real-world sensor signals (analog signals) or switch states (digital signals) into data that can be recognized and processed by a computer.

Software Driven and Application Development

The DAQ card connects to the computer via USB or other interfaces and requires the installation of a driver. Based on the driver, you can use development environments such as LabVIEW or our DAQWare lab software to create customized data acquisition, analysis, and storage programs on your computer.
